Team Manager

Hello! My name is Jacob Makofske. I'm an Emerging Media Major in the Roy H. Park School of Communications, with minors in Business Administration and Theatre. Over the past three years at IC, I have been fortunate to take on several leadership roles, including working as a Leadership Scholar Mentor, Apartment Assistant, Peer Career Advisor, and, most recently, Team Manager at Park Productions. I began my journey at Park Productions as a first-year student, just as the organization was rebuilding in the wake of COVID-19. I started as a student employee and worked my way up to the Executive Staff where I produced projects for clients like Coca-Cola and even worked as a Production Coordinator on a feature film. This year, I’m excited to step into the role of our new Team Manager, where I’ll be working closely with our newly expanded departments — the Professional Unit, The Studio, and Drone Squad. Park Productions has changed and grown significantly over the past few years, and I’m proud to have been a part of this journey. I look forward to continuing to contribute to its growth and success in the year ahead!
