Braden Becker

Lighting Lead

Born and raised in Frederick, Maryland, Braden Becker has been making films since age 11. He attended the Television/Multimedia Production Program at the Frederick County Career and Technology Center for 3 out of his 4 high school years. Braden is now in his senior year at Ithaca College, primarily working as a gaffer on sets and honing his skills in the lighting department. Throughout his time at IC, Braden has also directed a multitude of short films, primarily in the action genre. His latest film, Showdown, won the award for Best Performance at the Ithaca Short Film Festival. Most recently, Braden spent a semester in Los Angeles, where he completed an internship. While in LA, Braden was also able to work on a few sets, including working as Key Grip on an indie feature. When not on set, you can find Braden golfing, skiing, cheering on the Red Sox, or reading a Green Arrow comic book.
